EDU FEST 2026: Chhattisgarh's Largest Career and Education Festival
EDU FEST 2026, one of Chhattisgarh's largest career and education festivals, is being held from 18 to 20 June 2026 at Hotel Imperial Chouhan Empyrean, Smriti Nagar, Bhilai, in collaboration with 94.3 FM and leading educational institutions from Bhilai and Durg.
Both St. Thomas College, Bhilai and Christian College of Engineering and Technology (CCET), Bhilai are actively participating in the event through their Special Education Guidance Cell. Thousands of students from Durg and neighbouring districts have visited the festival and received valuable career guidance and academic counselling from representatives of reputed educational institutions.
On 19 June 2026, the second day of EDU FEST, H.G. Alexios Mar Eusebius Metropolitan, Chairman of the MGM Group of Institutions, and Rev. Fr. Dr. P. S. Varghese, Executive Vice Chairman of Christian College of Engineering and Technology and St. Thomas College, visited the festival venue. During the programme, they felicitated academic toppers from Bhilai and nearby regions and presented Appreciation Certificates to meritorious students of Classes X and XII from various schools of Durg and neighbouring districts in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements.
The event continues to serve as an important platform for students to explore higher education opportunities, career pathways, and professional guidance from leading institutions across the region.
